Housing Opportunities of Northern Delaware, Inc. (HOND Inc.) would like to invite you to participate in its' 32nd Annual Fair Housing Observance & Awards Luncheon being held from 12:pm until 2pm on Friday, April 24th 2015 at the Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington located at 8th and Kings Streets in Wilmington, Delaware 19801. This year's theme is: "Each One Reach One Your Fair Housing Rights".
We are pleased to announce that this year's Guest Speaker will be Bishop Aretha E. Morton, Tabernacle Full Gospel Baptist Cathedral. The Honorees will be be Honorable Charles Potter, Jr., Representative of State of Delaware, is being awarded the Andrew Turner Award for increasing opportunities for affordable housing. Steve Marting, Executive Director, Wilmington Housing Partnership is being awarded the Leon N. Weiner Award for outstanding work in supporting housing Developers and creating great subdivisions inthe city for low to moderate income families.
